Job Position Available – qualified mechanic / technician

We are recruiting for the newest member of the East Coast Custom’s team.

We are looking for a qualified mechanic / technician to work in Brisbane’s premier performance garage. The role will be full time, and remunerated in line with skill set / experience.
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

  • Fully qualified mechanic

  • Manual drivers license

  • Passion for performance enhancement

  • Ability to work unsupervised

  • Ability to problem solve and think laterally

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to correctly fill out technician reports and repair orders

  • Excellent time management and ability to meet vehicle deadlines

  • Ability to adapt to evolving vehicle technology

  • Takes pride in workshop tools / equipment

  • Ability to work in efficient manner (hours / efficiency will be tracked as part of job)

  • Owns their own up to date tool kit (speciality tools are provided on job)

  • Knowledge of OH&S procedures

  • Dealership / large company background preferable
