It has just been brought to my attention that our “GET A QUOTE” form hasn’t been working correctly for the last few weeks. We have our IT team onto this and have been told the issue is now fixed.
Sincerest apologies to anyone who has filled out a quote form and not received a reply in the last few weeks. We have not been ignoring you – an IT glitch has meant we have not received the message.
For anyone filling out our quote form, if you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please contact us via alternative channels as it most likely means we have not received the message.
To repeat, I believe the issue has now been rectified and everything should be back to normal, and apologies to anyone who we haven’t gotten back to of late – I can assure you this wont happen again :)
